1) Place of delivery
Orders for delivery are accepted only in Italy
Credit Cards via PayPal or CARIM Bank
The published prices are inclusive of VAT and may change at any time without notice. On all purchases made will be added to the shipping cost, the amount of which varies depending on the number of products ordered.
4) Shipping fees
€ 7.00 basic shipping cost with Express Courier. Shipping will be free for orders over € 200.00
5) Delivery of products
Ottaviani S.p.a. will deliver the products ordered to the address you have indicated. All delivery times shown are estimates based solely on the availability of the items, on the normal processing of the order and on delivery times declared by the carriers. Indicative delivery times range from 5 to 10 working days.
All products are guaranteed for 24 months from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defect. In the case of proven malfunction of the product, the guarantee consists in the replacement or repair of the latter. The damages caused by a bad use are not guaranteed and therefore we do not take responsibility for direct or indirect damages deriving from such bad use. Furthermore, we do not take responsibility for direct or indirect damages to people or things due to the malfunctioning of the products. The purchase order by the customer confirms the full acceptance of the conditions of sale.

8) Right of withdrawal
Right of withdrawal Pursuant to Article 5 of Legislative Decree no. 206/05 (Consumer Code) for consumer protection, which regulates distance contracts, you have the right to withdraw, if the purchased product does not meet your requirements or no longer interests you, without any penalty and without having to specify the reason , no later than 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. Follow the procedure indicated here:

2 - Complete the return form
Please fill in the return form.
3 - Prepare the package for shipping
Put the products to be replaced in their Ottaviani packaging. Take the packaging and place it in its original packaging, if possible, together with a copy of the invoice and the return form. Seal the package.
4 - Choose the most suitable way to send the package

Shipping costs are entirely at your expense. The choice of the medium to be used will be at your discretion.
Please return the products in perfect condition, not worn, in the original packaging, with accessories, instructions, tags, protective cases, leaflets or boxes. You must also attach a copy of the invoice and the return form duly completed.
As soon as we receive the package with the return it will be our concern to verify the integrity of the purchased good that must be complete with all original parts (including any documentation and accessories): in the case of damaged or tampered return items you cannot provide refund of the amount paid for the purchase of products (the integrity of the returned item is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal).
Once the integrity of the goods has been assessed, we will refund the amount paid in the shortest possible time: the refund will be made by bank transfer or postal order and in any case within 30 days from receipt of the notice of withdrawal. The bank transfer will be made for the amount of the returned goods without shipping costs.
Our site to ensure the security of the transmission of confidential data uses, thanks to agreements with the banking institution, the most known and established protocol for secure transactions on the Web: Secure Socket Layer (SSL) supported by the most popular browsers. SSL technology requires that confidential information travel on the Internet only in encrypted form, that is codified according to a complex mathematical algorithm that guarantees the illegibility of it by third parties. The use of an SSL Secure Server by the user is very simple and does not involves any particular procedure. The compatible browser, that is able to dialogue in an encrypted form with the secure server, automatically manages the secure communication process. Sending and receiving data in connection with an SSL Secure Server are generally reported by the Browser with a warning window and with a page address characterized by the Https prefix (to the classic http prefix an 's' is added at the end).
Ottaviani S.p.a. uses the SSL Secure Server to transmit data related to the credit card when you decide to purchase in this way. However, neither the Ottaviani Spa nor any other person will ever know the card number because when the procedure is started, the connection will be redirected to the Bank's servers, therefore the operations will be carried out only between the user's computer and that of the Bank itself. In practice: from the personal data page, after selecting the payment by Credit Card, you access a page of the Bank or PayPal that allows the insertion of the details of the Card and the subsequent sending of the same to the Bank through the Secure Server SSL, the Bank will then credit the amount to the account of Ottaviani Spa
It is however important to know that, it is always possible to contact the credit card manager and refuse the charge by obtaining, once the actual conditions of use of the Card have been ascertained, the reimbursement of the amounts debited.
10) Fiscal documentation
For each purchase the Ottaviani S.p.a. issues regular invoice where they are specified: items, quantities, prices, shipping costs and VAT. Unless otherwise indicated by the customer.
